I don't get what all the buzz is about.
Poor customer service right from the start when I went in to get a table. My family was joining me for dinner and were arriving a few minutes later. The place was not busy and tables were available and the hostess told me I had to wait? The hostess told me I had to wait until my full party arrived.
She proceeded to seat a couple after me even though their full party wasn't present and when I asked why they were seated I was told "they are investors in our company and eat here often". ?!?
She agreed to seat me after my inquiry and then I was ignored by the staff. Not one server came by to ask if I would like to order a drink or an appetizer. I finally had to go to the bar to order my own glass of wine. The bartender was very accommodating and took care of me right away.
When the rest of my family arrived, we still had to wait another 10 minutes for a server to come and take our order. My husband asked for a glass of diet coke, the server said we are out of this item and offered up regular coca cola. My son asked for a lemonade and was told "we don't have any".
We decided at that point it wasn't worth staying any longer other than to finish the glass of wine that I purchased.
The server staff gathered at the bar and started staring at us because we hadn't left since we had already paid the bill. We saw the hostess mouth to the servers "I'm sorry" and then looked at us.
Wow- that's Pizza Bianco's type of customer service?
With all the pizza locations that are within a 5 mile radius and they treat customers like this makes me wonder how long this place will be operating at this location.
Zero stars from me along with a very disappointed customer.
