  • I had recently purchased a vehicle from Jaguar North Scottsdale, the vehicle I chose had some electrical issues. After 2-3 service calls, the GM called me and asked what he could do to correct the problem, obviously this was not "normal" in their eyes. After talking to them and working through the problem, I must say they exceeded my expectations. They were able to get me out of my vehicle that was having the issues and put me in another "upgraded" vehicle that is exceeding my expectations. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new luxury vehicle.. I must say, the dealership was very good in handling my situation.
