  • My first time experience here was just okay. I don't think I'll be back just because I wasn't fully satisfied with my nail job after and the service was alright. I came in on a Saturday afternoon after making an appointment over the phone. They were busy and running behind so I had to wait a few minutes until I could get seated with a technician. I didn't get a name from my tech but if I did, I wouldn't recommend her, just because my gel mani wasn't the color I expected it to be. At other places I've been to, they'll ask if the nail color is okay and if I want to add in a few more coats to make the color pop, but she didn't do that at all. She was quiet the whole time and only put on two coats on my nails and said she was done. I looked down and it was the faintest color of purple. I was pretty disappointed but didn't want to complain since the service was over. Also, I didn't know that getting one finger on each hand a different color was an additional fee - I didn't find out till after when I was paying and I was never charged at the other places I've been to so that was definitely a surprise and something that upset me even more. But my mom did enjoy her service as she got a pedicure as well as a dip powder mani, which she was satisfied with after. I'm glad one of us was satisfied after our appointment, but don't think I'll be coming back.
