| - This is a pretty place, with lots of glass and light wood. Because it's such a large, open setting though, it's actually extremely loud. (No, not because of the casino all around it!) The large, bustling, open kitchen is a lot of fun to watch. (I was intrigued by the significant number of older -- past 55 years old, at least -- sous chefs. They were definitely the largest demographic in the kitchen, which seemed unique.) The staff was very friendly, patient, and accommodating. The food was very good and the menu had a huge variety. Aside frmo the sushi, most of the selection was based on standard US Asian restaurant fare, but with unique takes on things, like the lobster ramen.
