So I bought appliances and that buying experience was smooth and my salesperson was awesome. HOWEVER, their 3rd party delivery company was another story. I requested late in the day on the 1st attempt and was scheduled 1-3. Then I asked for early AM on the 2nd attempt. I was scheduled for 2-4 PM. I asked for early am again on the 3rd attempt and was scheduled for 4:30-6:30pm. So yet again I rescheduled and the person said he was emailing the router and requesting anytime before 4:30pm the following day. I get my phone call and it's 5:00-7:30 pm. It's almost comical how they seem to purposely schedule the complete opposite of what I "request". I'm going on a 5th rescheduled delivery now. I even called Lowe's tonight to discuss this with a salesperson and he repeatedly kept talking to someone else while I was on the phone, didn't listen to a word I said and eventually I told him to screw it and hung up. I'm beyond frustrated. It's not like this was an inexpensive purchase so IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT YOUR ITEMS I'D SHOP ELSEWHERE,
