  • DO NOT MOVE HERE! This is the worst property I have ever lived in Las Vegas. In addition to NUMEROUS fees that we pay every month that were not disclosed to us when signing the lease, the office staff is not helpful, and the property is not taken care of. Oh, but we pay $30 per month for "property Maintenance" and at any given time you can walk outside and I guarantee there will be dog crap within a few feet. This place has an overall 1 star rating FOR A REASON. Don't even waste your time coming to look at these places. If we could break our lease right now, we would.
