  • Our home warranty set us up with Just Plumbing Services. Our kitchen sink disposal unit needed to be replaced. The customer service rep from Just Plumbing Services called to schedule and was very professional and courteous. In fact, she let me know that there was a cancellation and that the tech was in the area! The communication was stellar as I received both email and text notifications on arrival ETA, originally from the cust service rep then updated notification from the tech Jason via courtesy phone call. Upon meeting the tech Jason, he was a class act. My 3yo was upstairs taking a nap and he went out of his way to work as quietly as possible without me asking him to. Job was completed promptly and professionally. He cleaned up any mess leaving the area better than when he found it. He even took the time to answer any questions I had without rushing to get to the next job site. I would use this company for any future plumbing issues, even without using home warranty.
