  • The used to be good. I will keep this short. I filed a request for service for my mini split system online. The Technition the is a 3rd party company that is sent out to homes called and set up an appoitment to service the Mini Split AC unit. I requested time off from work. The technition shows up to my house and tells me that mini split systems are not covered under my plan and that, Comfortable Living AC & Heating, the third party company does not service mini splits. My time was wasted. This all could have been caught if one person out of the 5 that reviewed my request for service would have actually read the notes.
