A friend had ordered a birthday cake for her son ahead of time and when we went to go pick it up today the clerk, Ciara, said they didn't have the materials to make it. I mean, if you were a business and had an order to fulfill that you knew a few days in advance...wouldn't it occur to you to pick up the phone and notify a potential customer that you didn't have the materials? Or at least feel some kind of remorse for not having what was ordered, and maybe trying to get us to get something else to replace it? I would assume that's what a business selling products to a consumer would do. Very disappointed with this store, their employees and their management.
