  • Visited this location occasionally before work and this place only keeps going downhill from here, every time. Staff is rude; the male shift leader regularly taking orders at drive thru-- Stephan-- has got to be the rudest human being out there. Coffee is of cheap quality and tastes burnt. Iced coffee is always watered down. And the bagels suck. Don't waste the 20mins of your life waiting in the drive thru for this.
