rev:text	I had already given a 5 star review to this clinic, of course it was the fist appt. And Elba the office manager wanted to get my money so bad that she gave me a great inpression. Unfortunately by the second appt. All those five stars fell out and left none . This is a personal review for Elba!! I was charged 600.00 for a root canal and a crown with insurance, so I questioned the charges and come to find out that she was using a totally diffent coverage than the one i own!! Then I paid half $ and the temporary crown was placed. By my thirth appt. When it was time to place the permanent one I was supposed to pay the rest of the money which it was a day before i got paid. So I begged Elba to wait one day to finished paying but it was an absolutely no!!. I had to borrow money to finish the work and of course reschedule my appt. But there was no dr. When I showed up!! So i was allowed to pay her one week in advance but she could not wait for one day!!! Great bussiness!! I'm out!! Dr. Morris and assistant are amazing! Unfortunately because of this very unprofessional and filty lady that calls herself a manager they lost me and my money. BTW last picture I have of her is greasy hair, food stain on her shirt or blouse wherever that was and almost laying down on her chair!!! Gross!!! To tell you the truth I'm embarrassed of being a hispanic!! But at least I know that I can't be defined by her!! Because my work ethics are nothing closed to hers!!!! I have no idea who told her she could carry this position!!!!
