  • Villas made it feel like home for my family and I. The complex is located in a quiet and safe area in the east side of Las Vegas. Depending on the direction to which the apartment is facing, you either get a glamerous view of the distant Las Vegas Strip or the beautiful landscape of the sunrise mountains. The layout of each apartment is very spacious with high ceilings, which for me was a definite plus. The managers on-site were professional and were always attentive to our needs. The property was maintained daily and security patroled the area nightly. During my lease at Sunrise, the rates started at $600 for a 1 bedroom. No complaints on my end, time and money well spent.
