| - There is no privacy at the front desk, everyone can hear your business and your private health problems.
The staff was nice processing my wife but they're asking for private information, like social security number, phone numbers, address, phone numbers and the reason you're coming in.
The management doesn't care about the privacy act, everyday they expose patients to identity theft and embarrassing personal questions.
While I was waiting, I could hear clearly patient's personal information and 3 cases I was able to write their name and social security numbers.
I told the front desk staff how delicate information was been compromised, but I was told management didn't want to anything about it.
I showed her the information I was able obtained from the patients she processed at her front desk, but all I got from her "you should not be listening to other people conversation", she missed the whole point.
We had an appointment at 9:am, we arrived at 8:30am because this was my wife first time as a patient at this location and she was call in at 9:10am not bad.
Location needs cleaning, broken furniture, stains in carpet, waiting room is big and very comfortable.
I wish there was more privacy when consulting with patients, I was a victim of identity fraud in the past so please I'm requesting that management give us the respect and privacy we deserve.
You're exposing personal information every time a patient is processed at the front desk, so if you want 5 starts rating change your front desk policy.
