We are so grateful for the service department who worked hours on my son's old Nissan Altima...engine harness fire and a list of problems that were worth more than the value of the car. The service dept. advisor Robert advised us to not go forward with the work. The mom and pop shop the car was purchased at 3 months previously had definitely taken advantage of us. Overwhelmed and very upset...Cyndi walked up and we looked at cars on their lot trying to figure out what we could do and what my son could afford, especially since he still owed a significant amount on his car. Cyndi and all of East Valley Nissan made us feel like it was their problem too and they were going to do everything they could do to help my son. It was like they were taking care of their own kids! Grateful and truly can't thank them enough.
