  • If there is a choice for 0 star, I would definitely select that one! We booked a Vegas tour for our parents with round-trip shuttle from Showtime, all paid. It was late for over an hour. They waited for hour and half with 4 phone calls to their office trying to find out when will the shuttle arrive. The operator was rude with no promising responses. At the end, the bell boy of the hotel suggested them taking the taxi or else they'll be late for their flight. They took the advice and barely made it to their gate. We will NEVER go with Showtime ever again!
