  • Unfortunately, I would love to give these guys a better review because the work they do is awesome however; the follow up on warranty work is absolutely horrible!!! Ray will not return calls for warranty work! Anyone who has had a pool for several years has experienced the proverbial deck cracks and chipping etc. and if you replace the cool deck and offer a warranty then you should back it no matter how many times you have to make the trip and make the repairs. This isn't a one and done warranty. It was for several years and twice now I have had to hound him and only once did he finally call me back, come out and make the necessary repairs. The second time, haven't been so lucky. Sorry but I'd rather give my business to someone who really appreciates their customers!!!
