  • Whenever we have ordered pizza here, the food is awesome. However, twice in a row now I have had problems with online orders. The first two times I had a super long wait but finally got my order. There were plenty of people working but they didn't seem to have a system for prepaid take out orders--just one long line for everybody. Tonight I finally asked for a refund after waiting 30 minutes past the time I was quoted online. A guy who said he was a manager told me "5 minutes" (same thing he was saying to most of the crowd waiting for orders). When I asked for the refund they confirmed that my order hadn't even been started. Went to Little Caesar's and walked out with 2 pizzas in less than 2 minutes!
