| - In February, my heater (in my home in Henderson) was not blowing any heat, and based on the reviews here at Yelp, I called Sun Country. I called at 7:30 am and in about 45 mins they were at my house. After they've check my unit, they determined that the unit's high limit switch was not working, and I went ahead and told them to replace it. As they went to get the part, I checked the internet what the part looks like and its function and price. When they finished, they explained what they've done and it basically matches what I got from the internet. The price they quoted including labor/travel is in the average range I calculated, after knowing how much the part cost. (It would have been better, if they've given me the old part, but when the unit started working I forgot to ask).
Yesterday, 4/2/13, I called them again but this time because my upstairs A/C was not cooling. I called around 8:00 am and Jose was here about 11:30 am. He checked that the freon level was ok. After more testing, he determined that the thermostat may not be working, because cold and hot air are coming out at the same time when the A/C is turned on. Since I just had that thermostat installed in October'12 (by another company), he told me it would be better to call the other company since it will more likely be under warranty. If not, call them to come back and will replace it. Meanwhile, he did not charge me for coming out to check. Now, folks, isn't that customer service that we are all looking for? (Sorry,my review is a little lengthy, but I just wanted to make sure you folks know this is a real customer review by including some details).
