My boyfriend had told me to meet him here, and I wasn't so sure what he was suggesting. It was difficult to find because there isn't a name plastered on it. Turns out it's the iconic bar with all the large trinkets hanging on Queen St. W.
The door is open, so I head in. I first see a door to my right, and it feels like one of those mazes with a fake exit because it didn't open. I head upstairs and I'm greeted with a really cool rooftop tiki bar! What a surprise, it was so cool with all the decorations.
We went on a Monday, and they had a buck a shuck oysters. We ordered a few rounds of oysters, which may have delayed our food, because we had waited over an hour for it. The food was ok. I had a pulled pork with some pineapple in it.
I would have rated it 4/5,but the food took way too long. Definitely a bar to hang with a group of friends are on a date. Just be sure to tell your date that it's a bar.
