Not for one minute did I think I would be coming back to make a further bad review for this store. I had to go back to this store for the third time today and, unlike the second time I went back, this same manager, Justin, was here again and was just as rude. Before I even got into the store he was already talking about me to other associates. I was so upset that he decided to act unprofessionally once again with me. I had been fully prepared to let go of the issues that occurred between us the first time I went to the store, but he obviously felt differently.
This time I have actually reported him to T-Mobile. I doubt anything will happen, but at least it's on record.
I may still have to go back one more time due to a glitch in their computer system and I am very nervous about being subjected to even more nastiness from this manager. If they didn't owe me over $500 I would be tempted to let it go so as not to go through any more of this.
It's very upsetting to be treated this way by someone in customer service.
