  • This place is a complete joke. First time I went, they were out of ink. What?? You advertise printing!! When I asked the lame supervisor how they can be out of ink, she said they have 5 stores and only keep 3 back ups, so they needed to drive to another location to get the ink. I come back today, and the sole employee says he doesn't have time to print my pages and he needed 24 hours. I look around and notice I am literally the only one in the joint. Great way to destroy a business. Stick to shipping. You don't belong in the printing business. Please fire your operations manager. Whoever it is, they are unqualified. Staples is right around the corner and they are willing and able to help.
