  • Front desk is friendly. I have not seen any roaches. I did get a bite from something so I wear sandals and vacuum every day. Not a big deal. The place is pretty clean, but has a little bit of that old room smell. It is gated. Noise is non-existent. Just a little higher priced, but probably worth it considering the other options. Great location. Only real gripe - air conditioner is on full time because there is no economy setting, and the tv is a small tube one. They said the tv would be replaced at some point probably after a few months.
