  • Absolutely terrible experience at this dealership. I had decided after research that my first new car purchase was going to be a Honda. Excited to see it in person we stopped in. It took over 20 minutes for someone to say hello, and they were not busy, as I looked at two employees chatting with receptionist and laughing and management managing behind a glass window Thomas who finally asked if we need help was very professional and assisted us with car and test drive. Despite the initial hiccup and given Thomas had done an amazing job when it came time to buy the car we returned. First part of purchase was fine and normal. It wasn't until meeting with finance guy Jalil that everything went downhill. He ruined the entire experience for us. Very belittling and unfriendly. Very sneaky in the way he attempts the sale of extras however that's expected. Quota to hit. I don't take kindly to being spoken to like a child at almost 30 years old It got to the point where it became confrontational and argumentative. I no longer wanted the vehicle and had to partner in management given how he was speaking to us. They ended up talking to Jalil and he sped through the rest of it knowing I wasn't happy. We would have left but given needing the vehicle quickly for our family we proceeded. We have heard of numerous clients having issues with this employee similar to ours and that's unsettling. New car purchases should be an exciting time and it turned into anger and regret I'm extremely simple and do not expect much. I am loyal and seeing how great the sales man Thomas was returned for that sole reason. I work in the service industry as well and this is embarrassing. Lastly two weeks later car stopped working. New car now needs servicing. Do yourself a favour. Honda is an amazing company and there are plenty of dealerships around to choose from. Skip this one for your own sanity. I truly hope Honda takes action against this employee.
