  • I was blown off right away after stepping in the door by two female employees. Possibly do to the fact I just finished at the gym and thought I could stop in real quick. Maybe if I looked the part for a high sale I would have had better service upon arrival. I began to look at the Pandora charms for my daughters sweet 16 while I waited. However that was not why I stopped in. Finally an older female assisted me. I showed her the screw on BACK I needed to replace on my diamond earing. I figured they would have them and they did.... for $50! That's right for one screw on BACK. I didn't say a word. I picked up my earing and walked out. I ended up buying one for $15 at a privately owned jewelers and I bought 2 Pandora charms along with a Pandora bracelet for my daughters sweet 16 from Amazon. I will never make the mistake of coming here again.
