  • Had "Doug" come clean out my dryer duct. One month later I continued to have issues. Dryer repairman pointed out excessive clogging in duct. I called him to get him to come back out. He asked if he could call me back. He did not. I had another company come out and my ducts were completely clogged in 3 spots. The T vent at the roof had a half dollar size hole. When I called him to tell him what was found he stated it was "not worth the $45" He did state he would refund my money. We shall see if it arrives.
