  • First of all i set up an appointment for service with jess from monroeville I give her 5 stars. I droped my kia off the night before my service appointment for an check engine code and asked if my car would be done the next day they said yes so i made arrangements to get a ride there after work the next day, I called them at 1 in the afternoon they didn't even look at the car yet even thought i made an appointment. They called me back at 430 told my it needed a part that wasn't covered under my extended warranty they said the part was $273 i looked it up on the kia parts website its only $147 I know they have to make money but %90 mark up and they also charged me 110 for the engine test even thought it was tested at kenny ross where I bought the car 5 days ago I will never go there again or buy a car from them
