rev:text	I went to Aabies on 10/1/2016. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I had only heard negative things about this place, however I decided to give it a try. First and foremost the staff working at the location on N. Tryon (in the same plaza as Tisun beauty supply store) is very rude. The ladies working in this salon are unprofessional and rude. Not to mention the salon is old and dirty. I spoke to a woman on the phone prior to me arriving at the shop who stated I would be seen right away once I entered the shop. I told her the style I wanted and everything which was two simple cornrows. Upon my arrival a lady came up to me, asked me could she help me, then proceeded to lead me to another young lady who said she couldn't do my hair. The lady who came up to me initially then told me that I would not be able to be seen because that one girl could not do it. She never even bothered to ask another stylist in the shop. I hung around for a minute extremely frustrated because the lady I initially spoke with on the phone said I would be able to be seen right away when I arrived. Come to find out, the lady who answered the phone wasn't even on site! Right as I stormed out of the salon a stylist came running out and she stated she could do the style I wanted. She was quick and did a neat job. However she put this awful gel on my hair and now my hair looks dry and flaky and it's only been a day. Do yourself a favor and at least go to Bignon's either on north or south Tryon. They are the best in Charlotte...to me.
