  • I think the staff is friendly and equipment is decent. I wish I hadn't signed up for the personal trainer as I decided not to use that option. I followed the contract and sent in a certified letter via the post office at the beginning of APRIL and I'm still being charged the $68 every 2 weeks. I'm playing Russian Roulette with my bank account whenever they decide to put another charge through. I've tried contacting Chris there, to whom I was directed to speak with, to no avail in correcting this situation. I would love to continue at this gym but am thinking that taking my business elsewhere may be what I have to do and shut down my bank account altogether. Save yourself the frustration..... Sign up for the personal trainer later after you're sure that's what you want to do!!!
