The absolute and worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life . I have received two mattress sets from J.C. Penny and the first being a model that they did not disclosed was a discontinued model and they lied that it was a discontinued model , then I had to return it and wait for a technician to come look at it and that never happened , then after a week talking to customer service i was told to come into the store and to pick out another mattress set and it cost more than the previous set and it was also defective and the the delivery guys that came on both occasions did damage to my furniture which I was compensated for . Here I am getting the same run around again , I tell you folks never buy anything from J.C. Penny ever again because here I am again waiting for the technician to come out and I called on April 1,2015 and here we are going into May ,2015 and I just got off the phone and all i got was more excuses . Just come out and replace the mattress and without the $ 125.00 fee because your at fault .
