  • My wife and I returned to Qua for some much needed R&R. This is our favorite spa in Vegas. The spa has so many quality amenities to it. From the showers, to the baths, herbal steam room, sauna to the friendly staff. We've always received quality massage treatments from their therapists. It's a place to pamper yourself.
