rev:text	Do not even THINK about this place. Prime does not care about it's residents. The only good thing I have to say about this place is that everyone who lives here is very, very kind. It's a shame that we are treated so horribly by the staff. This apartment complex is located in the most dangerous part of town. It's not safe whatsoever to walk around the area. Look up crime reports online and you can see how many people are robbed and murdered on Cambridge Street. It's right by the airport, which is convenient if you like to travel, but just get used to loud planes flying over constantly. When I first moved in, they were renovating the entire place. I was told I was going to be moved into a renovated unit with refurbished appliances but you can tell by the way nothing ever works that this was a lie. It took 3 months to get my cable hooked up because of faulty wiring in my unit. Next, BUG ISSUES. There's roaches everywhere. In December, I got bedbugs here from another unit and they did nothing to help me. I had to spend $500 to get rid of the bugs, all of my furniture and clothes. The elevators are constantly breaking down and getting stuck. The water gets shut off almost weekly for maintenance, leaving tenants without water for sometimes an entire day. The laundry machines are dirty and always broken. I can't even tell you how much money I have lost in these machines. I now take my laundry to a laundromat nearby. It's extremely inconvenient and sketchy but I would rather do this than deal with the machines here. Finally, there's always construction. This place is awful and it's laughable that they think they can make it better by making it look more aesthetically pleasing. Just last month they were doing work right outside of my window, plowing into the road from 10 p.m. until 2 a.m. I worked a 12 hour shift the next day and could barely function from lack of sleep. BEWARE if your car is in the way of construction, they will tow it with zero warning at your expense. Please LOOK ELSEWHERE and save yourself the nightmares I have had living here. I regret ever signing my lease here and I can't wait to terminate it. You're better off living in the section 8 housing down the street.
