  • I live within walking distance of this joint or I would NEVER go back. I dropped my car for an oil change, tire rotation/balance at 0830. At 3:30 that afternoon I called to check status, still not ready and oh by the way I need new shocks and struts. I probably do need these things but could they not call a sister earlier in the day so i could have ok'd it. Then they tell me that the shocks and struts that THEY put in last time weren't really the good ones (like i know the difference). So the lifetime warranty that i was sold on when i ok'd that service is only good if i put the same (substandard) equipment in, equipment that THEY SELL. It's maddening going in there, i'd rather have a monthly pap smear than go there twice a year.
