So of course Tanya has to get on YELP and start flapping her gums and defending their abysmal service check. Bottom line, there are lots of negative reviews about this company as of late. Mine is just one of them. They should have stood behind their work. And yes the new AC company who fixed my AC clearly stated that Dukes should have easily seen the the wheel had come loose from the housing had they done a proper inspection. Then to say she was trying to make things right, is completely untrue. She was rude and nasty and could care less if the inspection on my home was shoddy workmanship. The new AC guy clearly said that this break did not happen overnight. It was long time coming and it should have been noticed and noted in the inspection. These guys are not ethical and it all starts at the top. Thanks Tanya! Keep lying to your customers. Just my opinion.
