  • I cannot say enough good things about Findlay VW. Since out very first test drive Kristina took care of us. She walked out in the rain without an umbrella or jacket to make sure all our questions were answered. When we came back to buy our car, she was unavailable and the whole sales team stepped up to find us the perfect car. It took them over 6 hours to find us exactly what we wanted and they always had a smile on their face. The GM even threw in a special gift for me for the long wait and for it being my "birthday present" the car had to be ordered and when it came in it had a scratch on it. They took care of it for me and gave a loaner while it was fixed. Anytime I've have a question Kristina has been quick to answer and help. Thank you to the whole sales and service team, you have made my experience amazing! Special thanks to Kristina, John, Carl, Doug and Richie! You guys are amazing!
