  • Unfortunately I brought my wedding ring set here to get sized. When I came into the location I was helped by a lady that went over the sizing and told me my ring should be able to get sized and they will give me a call if any additional things need to be done to the ring. I receive a call a few weeks later telling me my rings were ready to be picked up. I go into the store to pick up my rings and for some reason my receipt was not letting the lady ring me out. She repeatedly asked me if they did anything additional to my rings and I told her I was not notified if someone did. She went over to speak to the manager and then can back and told me that the receipt is not ringing up because they did no work to my rings. She said they were not able to do anything to it because of the diamonds on the band. I was extremely upset and left. After reading reviews on other places I decided to try out Diamond House in Scottsdale. Not only did they complete the work and have the rings done the very next day but they also charged me the same place that Zales was going to charge. I thought going to Scottsdale would cost me more but it did not and if they did then I would have been willing to pay it based on the great service and friendly workers.
