We met Tree Pro's at this year's Home Show. We bought into their pitch...and bought $7,000.00 worth of product. All went well...until an issue was discovered that Tree Pro's acknowledges was their fault and their responsibility.
We have been attempting to coordinate Tree Pro's and our turf company to determine what needs to be done to fix Tree Pro's error. It's been five weeks since we started this exercise.
Yesterday, my wife called Nathan...who is supposed to be a Manager...and he PROMISED that he would handle it today.
As night descends...we have gotten no word from Tree Pro's as to what happened.
I plan to update this review every day...and keep all potential clients advised how they handle this lingering issue.
Nathan...stay tuned. I hope I am not forced to become ugly.
