  • Can I rate this Card a big fat ZERO Stars? Poor customer service. Refusal to help long time customers even those who even accepted their predatory Lending practices. I had 1 late payment after 3 years with card and was Immediately reported to the credit me as delinquent and when I called to ask for a one time "Goodwill Adjustment" they refused to do so, despite it being in their power. for a one time late payment I dropped 80 points on my credit score. if you're looking to rebuild your credit or even establish your credit I suggest looking elsewhere
