  • I had CNJ come to my house to fix a shower drain that would not drain properly for months. This was under American Shield home warranty ($75 fee). I submitted a service request about 10pm on Thursday to the American Home Shield website. and CNJ contacted me about 9am Friday morning. We arranged for a service call between 11am-2pm on Saturday. On Saturday I received a text at 11:50am that the technician, Brandon, was on his way. He arrived about 10 minutes later. He took a look at the drain and made a couple of trips back and forth to his van for different equipment. He unclogged the blockage and cleaned up, and kept the water running to ensure the drain was working properly. He gave me my receipt and went on his way a little before 12:30pm. He was courteous and professional the whole time, and the service call took less than 30 minutes. Very good communication and service thru the whole process. I would absolutely recommend.
