After seeing so many photos of cute "fish ice creams" on Instagram, I had to check the place out. The custard was yummy enough and creamy. I wasn't crapping my pants over it or anything though. The "fish cone" (taikyaki) was meh. Its not hollow in the inside so the ice cream doesn't go into it like it would a cone, so once you finish the ice cream, you just have that left to eat and it's pretty boring.
