I usually have the same food cravings: sushi, pho and fried chicken. But when I heard we were having Thai, it hit all the right places: rice, seafood, noodles and somethin' crispy (spring rolls).
Twin Fish is located in a restaurants-only plaza outside a Cineplex. It's your typical Asian restaurant with booths and tables that can be easily moved together to fit large groups. The staff are super friendly; they serve up authentic Thai food and have a sweet playlist. I went in a group of 5 on a Saturday night and we snatched up the last table in the house. Make sure you make reservations in advance because it fills up quickly!
I tried the Bangkok street style pad thai with shrimp (wish I had been more adventurous but it was still very good) and we had calamari and black sticky coconut rice with mango to share.
My friend, who is a regular, swore by the Thai coconut soup, fresh rolls (2) and spring rolls (2) instead of ordering one large entree. The spring rolls were stuffed, fat and super crispy (based on my observation) and I had major food envy.
The prices are super reasonable and I plan on coming back the next time I'm in the area.
