I attempted to use a coupon for the exact item stated and pictured on the manufacturer coupon Target sent to me. Because of the way the computer rang up the item the associate couldn't get it to scan. She called a manager who barked out (before assessing the situation) that they couldn't help me. They couldn't "push the coupon through". That implies I was asking for something that was out of policy and that was not the case. As many others have stated - brick and mortar stores are suffering and need to be a bit more customer focused. I called the Target guest hotline and the associate assured me this is a store manager decision and not all Targets operate so rigidly.
I won't return to this Target and will not recommend others to shop here. The Store Manager needs a wake up call.
