| - I received a written offer (which was approved by his sales manager) to which I implied acceptance by saying I'd be in on Friday to make the deal final if everything checks out the with vehicle in question. The night before I came in, they claimed that the offer was no longer valid despite neglecting to mention there was a time limit to said offer, and the new offer was a ridiculous and insulting 5k more, which is the price that I was able to purchase the car six months ago for, at any dealership in the valley. There is a near identical car on their lot that they offer for the same price, but it has a different interior color, which is how I came to ask for that price for the car that I want, to which they originally agreed to. I was a victim of bait and switch and experienced disrespectful treatment at their dealership. Unless this situation can be rectified, I refuse to do business with Camelback Lincoln Ford, and I will advise all my family, friends, coworkers, and acquaintances to do the same. They have unethical business practices and extremely rude salesmen who make false promises which are used to solely lure you into their dealership. I could understand if one person had made a mistake, but having both a salesperson and a sales manager approve an offer and retract it saying it's impossible, is ridiculous. At that point they should be held accountable and be required to honor the price at their expense.
