  • Here is why - For starters, the office staff is simply amazing! They are always helpful and are courteous. I received a phone call once because I left a trash bag outside of my front door and at first I thought wow that was fast but then I realized that this is a beautiful place and I appreciate they do everything they can to maintain it. I have lived here for 3 years going on 4 years and in the past parking was an issue. I have since seen the parking lot cleaned up and less violators, you know those who think rules do not apply to them. Anyways, I also want to say that maintenance is super fast and efficient. They go out of their way to assist you. I will say that the A/C's are not the quietest but it's not something I haven't dealt with in the past with previous rentals. All around I couldn't be happier to call The Paramount home and I would recommend it to anybody!
