| - I have been a customer of Cox for more than twenty years. You would think they could GET MY SERVICE CORRECT.
For the last two months, for no reason whatsoever, all my channels above 23 go out. And sitting on the phone with them will get me a temporary repair, but when it goes out AGAIN I have to go through the same stupid song and dance with them.
NO, I do not have a cable box, I have a cable CARD in my DVR.
YES, I have a tuning adapter.
YES, everything is turned on. I know how to use my electronics!
YES, I turned everything off and on again. YES, I unplugged them and let them all reboot. YES, the network is working FINE.
So I go through the whole thing, each and every time, and get a "it'll be up in a half-hour." No, it's not. It's still telling me my channels are not authorized.
I'm paying an arm and a leg for this "service"!!!!
I wish to gods there was SOMETHING here in the Valley that people who like television and internet could turn to, but I see the Centurylink reviews are just as bad!
