I wish passengers would pay more attention to the signs. You shouldn't be in the bag drop line if you don't have your boarding pass (get it from the kiosk or checkin online). You shouldn't be packing your suitcase in front of the ticket counter, ever! Please move aside for the next customer. You shouldn't arrive late to the airport and be disgruntled cuz the agent isn't working fast enough.
There were major renovations going on at the Delta terminal during my visit. There were six agents working and the line moved excruciatingly slow. Not because the agents were slow, but because there too many difficult customers in line ahead of me.
Otherwise, the flight to Detroit was overbooked and 1/2 hour delayed (no reason was provided). The first class bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The door beneath the sink was broken and was blocking the bathroom door from closing. The floor was wet and there was toilet paper everywhere. The conditions were worse than a porta-potty.
The movie and tv show options were decent. You can watch the entertainment on your phone or tablet, just make sure you download the Gogo Inflight Entertainment app before your flight. It's a big file and won't download while you're in flight.
