Bought a car from here, and had the 10K service done here as well. At the 10K service, there were some (cosmetic) defects from the original purchase that I also asked them to address. They were addressed with no questions asked. My experience with other dealers is that they would have stated that I needed to find and tell them of these defects within a week of taking possession of the car. Not here: they fixed the (cosmetic) defects, performed the 10K service, and had the car back when promised.
The loaner car was a Volvo, so no complaints there either. Although I would have taken a Jag or Land Rover if they needed me to ;)
