  • I have only been renting from image for a few months. And I regret it! First off they charged me double security to move in. I paid it with no problem. That's when the nightmare began! Every month since move in has been terrible with these people! It takes weeks to get anything fixed maintenance is very unprofessional! Til this very day I have things that are still waiting to get fixed! And I've payed this company thousands of dollars!!! Really? They always slap late fees and other dumb fees when they feel like it (every month) They are completely unorganized and a lack of communication skills! Patricia is horrible! Her attitude is horrible she seems miserable. Maybe she needs to get a new job because anyone would be upset if they were charged unnecessary fees! Pretty annoying! Not to mention it is a $40 "convenience" fee to pay online! I would NOT recommend these people to my worst enemy. Beware!
