  • My new favorite restaurant in Calgary. We ordered the elk tartar and the gnocchi. Both incredibly unique, light, and amazing! The tartar wasn't gamey at all, and sat on a bed of avocados. It was delicious! The gnocchi was the most amazing pasta I ever had and it blows my mind as to how they made that butternut foam! The blend of flavors was incredible in both cases. Service was pretty good. The place is a bit loud and crowded but it's worth sitting through. :)
