  • On a whim last Sunday we decided to try some place new for breakfast...but still stay close to our home. What a find we had in Market Street Kitchen. The only star deducted was for the bit of a wait getting service. To be fair it looked like there were a couple of big groups in the bar and the bottomless mimosas and bloody Marys were being delivered by the trayful. We were more interested in coffee (which was very good) and some great breakfast. We were impressed with the variety of real breakfast dishes on the menu. There was an entire section of different tweaks on Eggs Benedict. Peg got the BLT Benedict which was delicious. I got an omelet filled with green chili pork, sausage...and lots of other goodies. Breakfast comes with tots instead of hash browns and their tots were addictive! The servings were beyond generous...we actually took leftovers home. The ambiance was terrific (it was early) and they had good music going in the background. All in all it was a great start to our Sunday. We'll be back.
