  • Horrible. I took my car in for a Drive Clean inspection and an oil change. I also mentioned that my car was making a strange noise that I thought might be the brakes. When I came to pick it up he said "everything is fine." I asked about the brakes and he had no idea what I was talking about. I told him that I had asked one of the other employees to have a look at the brakes. He replied with "maybe you were talking to someone who didn't work here". That is completely ridiculous. Yes, there was some mechanic imposter standing in the garage in a uniform who didn't actually work there but who took my keys and drove my car into the repair area.
